Who's got some ideas for the best rides, either van, truck, wagon, or whatever to make some crazy numbers. I've since all kinds of builds this season, not just the typical astro van. Let's share some ideas. I'm gonna try an older ford econoline like the T3 guys use in dbDrag. Probably a 4th order with a couple 18 inch level 5 dc's. Customer just bought a pair from us, now we're looking to put some in a van or something for a demo truck... any ideas?

Saw a team maxxsonics guy at the Slamology show in Indy running a bronco II in dbDrag. Didn't get a chance to see his run. I was chasing charging system gremlins in mine at that show. It looked awesome though. I think he was running the GP3000's like I'm trying to get ahold of. I'm looking to put together something pretty extreme. Probably a high powered 6th order van maybe.

the bronco will do mid to high 50s on about 2500 watts with a single battery and 1 18. It does get louder with more power (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Was that your bronco in Indy? If so, I remember looking forward to seeing it run, but never got a chance to.

At Slamology, and some other shows we've been to there were a lot of maxxsonics team guys. At a Chris Norris show in Ft. Wayne, everybody was very helpful in giving advice and free with their little trade secrets. I've been in car audio over 20 years and it's still fun when I can learn something new. I'm trying to push the envelope a little farther in 2010 and try to build a streetable vehicle that can match some of the concrete and steel monsters in the extreme classes. That's why I'm liking all the ideas we're sharing here. Keep 'em coming!
