Hello all. I purchased a GP3000D that was only a few months old about 6 months ago. I received the bass remote but no wire to connect it as the seller accidentally severed it when he pulled this amp from his setup. To me, it just looks like an ethernet cable so I tried this but it didn't work.
Does anyone know where I can get a new cable for this, or just maybe a new remote and cable? I contacted tech support a while back, and they were going to e-mail me an order form but I never received it. Thanks to anyone that can help! |
