hey everyone i was wonderin if some1 would give me a specs for a ported enclosure for 2 b12d4 subs. i had to switch up to these bc i couldnt find an olympus anywhere. Also i have an older hifonics brutrus amp an its a 1200 watt mono class d, so could some1 also tell me what amp to throw on these bad boyz. Should i get another battery? plz get back to me an let me know it would be well appreciated thx maxxsonics.....

This enclosure design is for 2-BX12D4’s.
3.531cu ft internal 38Hz tuning ¾: MDF 32” wide x 14” tall x 17.5” deep Port = 12.5” tall x 3.5” wide Length will be an L on either side : 12.5” deep and then 3.75” behind each sub Mike Stiers designed this box years ago for me the 2 subs are the old models from 2006 that light up they are on a 1608D so a BRZ1700 is ideal for them. my subs are still pounding in my wifes van to this day over 4 years later and pushing right around 145-147 very clean and loud with amazing gain at 40-60Hz. |
